Early dance was not gentle (despite what you see on telly) & this workshop will NOT be one for the faint-hearted – some students who attended the last Exeter IVFDF are probably still limping.
Our approach to Tudor music and dance is energetic and will certainly blow out the cobwebs. We will teach some of the period etiquette (again not what you see on the telly) and teach some dances interpreted from the original sources.
