On the day
You are welcome to just show up to the festival on the day, we have spaces and will not be turning people down. If you want to secure an Indoor Camping space, please let us know as soon as possible so that we include you in the headcount.
Online booking - now closed
You can now head to our online shop and book tickets and merchandises!
Please be aware that due to the limited yearly volume of sales, our online payment system charges us a fee on each payment. We have unfortunately no margin on the ticket prices to be able to absorb that fee and are forced to pass this expense onto you when you order tickets online. The online booking fee is £1 for weekend tickets and £0.50 for day/evening tickets. This will be charged as "shipping", however, please note that no ticket will be sent. You will be able to collect the tickets from the festival office at your arrival. Our offline booking system remain without any booking fee. If you wish to Steward for the festival (and benefit from a discount), check our page on Stewarding. The online shop will close 10 days before the festival to allow for processing of numbers.
Mail booking - now closed
To book by post, you can use this form. Please send this form together with a cheque made payable to 'IVFDF 2012' to the address in the form. You should receive a confirmation letter within 14 days. If you supply an email address your confirmation letter will be emailed to you, otherwise please include a self addressed envelope for return of your confirmation letter. By sending us the booking form and payment, you agree to our Terms and Conditions (including our Data Protection notice).
Please send the booking form and payment by February 18th 2012 in order to allow us sufficient time for the mail to reach us and for us to process your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a successful booking past this date. Feel free to contact us if this may be a problem for you. You still can pay at your entry in the festival but there might be a queue!
You can book your t-shirt and other merchandises by post as well. (The items will still only be delivered at the festival.)
Group Bookings - now closed
Group bookings of 10+ can benefit from a small additional discount, please contact us, indicating the size of your group and expected booking date. Group leaders can make use of this form for capturing bookings and merchandise orders from their groups.
