The IVFDF Archivist is responsible for maintaining and making available an archive of the history of the festival. The IVFDF Archivist is responsible for maintaining and making available an archive of the history of the festival. This includes both the general history of the festival (e.g. photos, programmes, etc.) and information available for festival organisers (e.g. accounts and publicity material).
This role was introduced because of the distributed nature of the festive. Since it is organised by a different group each year made it very easy for information and resources to be lost between years.
At the moment most of the function of this office are performed through in this website.
