Stewarding
Want to enjoy IVFDF 2010 for free, and get a free T-shirt, whilst helping the festival to run as smoothly as possible? Then consider signing up to be a steward for the weekend! In return for donating approximately 10 hours of your time to the festival you will be given a free festival pass which will entitle you to attend all IVFDF 2010 events.

If you'd like to help the festival run smoothly but only have a few hours to spare you can commit to doing one stewarding shift (3 - 5 hours) in return for a free T-shirt.

Stewarding can be a great way of meeting new people, especially if you're planning on coming to IVFDF alone. Most stewarding duties are not very strenuous and allow you to enjoy an element of the festival whilst 'working' (e.g. you might be checking tickets at a ceilidh or going on the Morris tour with your friends in a Morris team).

In order to apply to become a steward please:

  •  Fill in the following form - ivfdf2010stewardform
  •  Purchase a weekend stewarding ticket from the main tickets page.
  •  Unfortunately we have now run out of indoor camping spaces. It is therefore not possible to buy indoor camping ticket on our main tickets page. However, there are some indoor camping spaces reserved for stewards. If you require an indoor camping space please e-mail us to request a space.

When you have successfully completed your stewarding duties your ticket purchase will be refunded, but not your indoor camping fee.
