Terms and conditions

To buy items, just select the type and quantity desired, then go to Shop > Checkout to checknumbers and proceed with payment.

GROUP BOOKINGS: if you place a big enough order we will contact you closer to the time to arrange a smooth delivery that does not clog reception.

IDENTIFICATION: we or our venues may ask for proof of id or of student status. Do not forget it.

CHILDREN: under 10s enter for free but still need a nominal weekend ticket so we can keep track of people.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: a fee of £0.50 will be applied to every transaction and will appear as shipping costs.

NO POSTAGE: upon successful payment you will get a confirmation e-mail with a document. Please print that document and bring it to the reception to get your tickets/merchandise.

REFUNDS: this is a student run festival with a tight budget. Prospective refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
